Based in Northern California, Whitney has been with RocketPower for over two years and heads up our Recruitment on Demand and Strategic Search Divisions. She has 12+ years of experience in the TA industry both building and leading teams as well as hands on recruiting within a variety of industries including VC Backed Startups, the Tech sector, GTM, Corporate, Healthcare, and High Volume & Skilled Industrial recruiting. When not working, she loves spending time with her 2 kids (3 and 6 year old), her husband, surfing or paddle boarding, wine tasting and cooking!
